Everyone and their cat has productivity hacks and templates to improve your life. Most focus
on those tasks you know you need to work on, and making progress towards your long-term

If, however, you're like me, and you need a way to deal with all those other tasks that
appear out of the blue as you're trying to make progress, This is the template for you.
There's nothing fancy here.
There's space for 10 tasks for today. That might feel like a lot, but I have the attention
span of a fish with a low attention span, so I keep track of everything I'm asked to do so
nothing gets missed.
Then, there's a section for those tasks that belong to someone else but need to be chased,
with columns for the owner's name and a task description
Space for 10 tasks for tomorrow: once today is full, tasks go in here, and I make no more
'today' promises once today is full.
Space for 10 tasks for next week: If today and tomorrow are full, there's no more time
this week, so those tasks move to next week.
Finally, there's a small column on the right, where I can * critical tasks
